Build the future of clean energy

We’re looking for brilliant people who want to change the world.

Mission-driven

We are pursuing a challenging mission, but one we fully believe is worth pursuing. We are committed to building a solution for climate change and enabling access to clean, affordable energy for all.

Values-oriented

We embrace a set of four core values that guide every decision we make and every challenge we pursue.

We work with urgency to advance Helion’s mission every day. We focus on our most important problems, take smart risks in the face of uncertainty, and endeavor to accomplish today what most would leave for tomorrow.

We take full ownership of outcomes that advance Helion's mission, understanding no task is beneath us. We align our work with company goals, confront major risks early, communicate progress effectively, and take responsibility for our mistakes.

We work with precision, integrity, and rigor because we know every detail on our mission’s path matters. We value building teams with diverse perspectives to ensure we meet the highest level of technical excellence. We take pride in our work, avoid repeating mistakes, and prioritize the safety of humans and the health of the environment.

We are continually improving as individuals and as an organization. We provide timely feedback directly and respectfully to our teammates knowing constructive dialogue benefits our ability to deliver results. We use feedback to overcome challenges and setbacks and hold ourselves and others accountable.

Making the world a better place. For everyone, with everyone.

We believe fusion energy can truly change the world. It will help solve climate change on a global scale and ensure energy independence while making electricity more affordable than ever before. Ultimately, we are striving to make the world a better place for everyone.

For us, that starts in the workplace.

We believe everyone deserves equal treatment, opportunities, and rights, no matter their race, gender, sexual orientation, or background. We understand everyone's experience at work is different and it is our goal to foster a positive environment that celebrates equality for all. We continue to listen to one another so we can grow together and make the world a better place.
