Comprehensive wellness benefits
Premiere medical, vision, and dental insurance including options for fully employer-paid premiums, an HSA plan with employer contributions as well as Life, AD&D, and long- & short- term disability insurance. All employees receive an annual stipend to use on wellness and other supporting lifestyle services, and funds for our in-office snack program.
Competitive compensation
Team members are offered a competitive salary with annual performance-based increases, equity in the company, and a 5% 401(k) match.
Time off
We recognize the importance of time away from work. Helion provides meaningful time to disconnect with 21 vacation days, 10 sick days, and 11 holidays plus a week of winter break.
Parental leave
Helion provides up to 10 weeks of paid leave for bonding and care with new child; with an additional 6 weeks of paid leave for birthing parents.
Company equity
All employees receive Helion stock options, which are not available to the public. Having equity in Helion means that you can own shares of the company, and we all benefit from Helion’s success.
