OUR VISION

At Helion, you will work on real hardware solving real engineering challenges. We value urgency, rigor, ownership, and hard truths because building first-of-a-kind fusion machines requires all four.

We embrace a set of four core values that guide every decision we make and every challenge we pursue. You will see first-hand how we value urgency, rigor, ownership, and hard truths, knowing it will take each to do what no one has before.
